# CLAUDE.md — Marketing Team Config

## Brand Voice
- Tone: confident but not arrogant, smart but not jargon-heavy
- We say: "simple", "fast", "built for teams"
- We never say: "synergy", "disrupt", "best-in-class", "game-changing"
- Write at an 8th-grade reading level (Hemingway score)

## Campaign Naming Convention
Format: [Year]-[Quarter]-[Channel]-[Campaign Name]
Example: 2026-Q1-Meta-SpringLaunch

## UTM Tracking (required on all links)
- utm_source: platform name (google, meta, linkedin, email)
- utm_medium: ad type (cpc, social, email, referral)
- utm_campaign: campaign name from convention above
- utm_content: ad variant identifier

## Content Approval Flow
1. Draft → Self-review against brand guidelines
2. Peer review for accuracy and tone
3. Manager approval for anything public-facing
4. Legal review for claims, comparisons, or testimonials

## Reporting
- Track: impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS
- Weekly dashboard update every Monday by 10am
- Monthly deep-dive with channel-level breakdown
