All ClipMarts products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Refunds are available for billing errors, duplicate charges, and overcharges.
Duplicate Charges
Charged twice for the same product? We'll verify and refund the extra payment.
Overcharges
Charged more than the listed price? Contact us and we'll correct it immediately.
Fast Resolution
Payment issues are resolved within 1-2 business days. Bank processing may take 5-10 days.

Eligible for refund
- Duplicate charges for the same product
- Overcharges (amount charged exceeds the listed price)
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges on your account
- Product not delivered after a successful payment
Not eligible for refund
Because all products are digital files (YAML, Markdown, JSON) that are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after downloading a product
- Products that work as described but don't fit your use case
- Free products (no payment was made)
We encourage you to review the product description, preview code, and included file list carefully before purchasing.
How it works

- Include your order email and Stripe session ID (or last 4 digits of your card) so we can locate the charge
- We'll verify the issue and process the refund within 1-2 business days
- The refund is returned to your original payment method — bank processing typically takes 5-10 additional business days
