By accessing or using ClipMarts ("clipmarts.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ClipMarts is a curated marketplace for AI agent infrastructure products, including company templates, agent skills, CLAUDE.md configurations, MCP server bundles, and workflow recipes. Products are digital files delivered electronically.

An account is not required to purchase products. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. You receive a license to use the purchased files immediately upon payment.

Free products are available for download without payment. Both free and paid products are subject to these terms.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product files in your own projects, including commercial projects. You may modify the files for your own use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased files as standalone products
• Include purchased files in a competing marketplace or template library
• Claim authorship of the original, unmodified files

All products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only available for billing errors, duplicate charges, overcharges, or non-delivery. See our Refund & Payment Issues page for details and to submit a request.

ClipMarts owns all rights to the site design, branding, and original content. Product files are licensed, not sold. Third-party names and trademarks (Paperclip, OpenClaw, Anthropic, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ClipMarts does not guarantee that products will meet your specific requirements or work with every configuration. We test products before listing, but cannot account for every environment.

ClipMarts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

ClipMarts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Paperclip, OpenClaw, Anthropic, or any AI platform vendor. We are an independent, third-party marketplace.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
