## Voice & Tone
- Write in first person, conversational tone
- Sound like a smart friend, not a corporate handbook
- Avoid: "leverage", "synergy", "deep dive", "at the end of the day"
- Prefer: short sentences, specific examples, concrete numbers

## Blog Posts
- Target length: 800-1200 words
- Structure: Hook > Context > 3 Key Points > Takeaway
- Every claim needs a supporting example or data point
- Include one personal anecdote per post

## Editing Rules
- First pass: cut 20% of the word count
- Remove every sentence that starts with "It is" or "There are"
- Replace jargon with plain English
- Read the final version out loud — if you stumble, rewrite
