- Revenue drivers: price, units, growth rate
- Cost drivers: COGS%, OpEx by category
- Financing: debt terms, equity raises
2. **Revenue Model**
- Bottom-up: # customers x ARPU x retention
- Top-down: TAM x market share x pricing
- Reconcile both approaches
3. **Sensitivity Analysis**
- 2-variable data table: growth rate vs churn rate
- Scenarios: base, bull (+20%), bear (-20%)
- Output: revenue, EBITDA, cash runway for each
