# Executive Summary Writer Skill

## Pyramid Principle
Lead with the conclusion. Support with evidence. Details last.

### Structure (one page max)
1. **Bottom Line** (2 sentences)
   - What happened? What do we recommend?
   - "Revenue grew 12% QoQ. We recommend doubling spend on Channel X."

2. **Key Metrics** (3-5 bullets)
   - Only metrics that changed or matter for the decision
   - Include: current value, change, benchmark

3. **Risks & Opportunities** (2-3 bullets each)
   - Risks: what could go wrong, likelihood, mitigation
   - Opportunities: what we should pursue, expected upside

4. **Action Items** (numbered list)
   - WHO does WHAT by WHEN
   - Max 5 items — if more, you need a separate plan

## Formatting Rules
- No paragraph longer than 3 sentences
- Use bold for key numbers and decisions
- Tables over paragraphs for comparisons
- Never exceed one page (500 words)
