# Contract Reviewer Skill
## Review Protocol
### 1. Document Classification
- Identify contract type: NDA, SaaS, employment, vendor, etc.
- Note governing law and jurisdiction
- Flag expiration date and renewal terms
### 2. Clause-Level Analysis
For each clause, assess:
- **Standard vs Non-Standard**: flag deviations from market terms
- **Risk Level**: LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH / CRITICAL
- **Missing Provisions**: indemnification, limitation of liability, IP
### 3. Risk Assessment Output
